Introducing a new feature in compose that allows users to plan and schedule story posts on web and mobile. When the scheduled time comes, users are prompted to transfer over story content to post to Instagram.

CommandCentral App is an iOS and Android application that assists first responders in managing CAD incidents, perform record queries, and issue citations. As the lead UX designer, I have been responsible for early envisioning efforts to product delivery.

The incident management feature of CommandCentral App is part of it’s second release. The feature will provide officers with all the information necessary when dispatched to incidents, as well as continuously know where other incidents and units are at all times to ensure situational awareness.

Following the launch of the CC App, our SVP posed us with the question, “What is the future outlook of this application that will prove it as a key differentiator and not just an e-citation tool.” With this question in mind, I led the design strategy for the post-MVP solution.

Capture is an evidentiary grade level iOS and Android application that allows public safety officers to capture photos, videos and audio. As lead UX designer, I was responsible for product feature deliveries.

Garmin Connect is a web application for Garmin fitness, activity and golf wearable users. 

Achievement badges are rewarded to users when they reach certain goals and lifetime totals.
